By downloading or using FolioSpan you agree to these terms.
Service
FolioSpan provides portfolio and wallet tracking tools for informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Market and on-chain data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You may delete your account in the app. Guest/anonymous use may have limited features.
Subscriptions
FolioSpan Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Prices shown in-app are provided by the store.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in violation of law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolioSpan and its developers are not liable for losses arising from use of the app, third-party APIs, ads, or store billing.
